Meet Our Chef Patron

Gavin Swift

With over 20 years of experience, Gavin heads up the Grantley Arms as Chef Patron. Gavin joined the Grantley Hall family in 2019 as Sous Chef at Fletchers Restaurant. Working alongside Executive Chef, Simon Crannage and Head Chef, Craig Atchinson, he split his time between Fletchers and The Orchard. Gavin now steps into this exciting new chapter at the Grantley Arms, playing a key role in shaping the pub, from refurbishment to menu creation.

From local farms to your plate, every Sunday, the Grantley Arms serves up a feast that’s full of hearty, comforting flavour from 12:00 to 18:00.
